The third level of the concrete parking garage is being poured April 15th. The fourth level on the concrete parking garage, which is the first floor of residential condos, is scheduled to be poured in early June. The steel frame and precast floors, which will make up the 5th through 8th floors, will start in June and finish in July. We have also decided to install a retractable glass roof over the pool and patio area located on the fourth level for year round use.
